“If there were 10 stars available for a review, this place would warrant the rating of a ? percent! I called to inquire about a possible wheel bearing issue and was concerned about making it safely to our destination to Boston!! I spoke with Ray and he said to bring it in right away, he said that he wouldn’t want anyone to be stranded on the I-90 interstate!
My partner arrived and explained the issue and Ray had one of his mechanics drive the vehicle and determined that it was indeed the wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. With in 2 hrs, Ray was able to locate the part and my partner was on her way back to Boston with a new wheel bearing and no issues. I have never experienced this amazing service with the sense of urgency and friendly staff. So if you’re stranded on the interstate or just in the area, flock to this place!! “I can’t say enough good things about Howie’s Auto! On a Sunday my father-in-law and I replaced my brakes and rotors. While we got the job done, we bent some parts in the process that made the car loud and just not right to drive. I called Howie’s first thing Monday morning, and they got me in right away. By the end of the day, everything was fixed perfectly. They also switched out my rear tires and completed a car inspection too. The price was very fair, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be bringing my wife’s car here for our next service. Highly recommend!”
