“Great service! I couldn't be there so my daughter was waiting, she took a nap and didn't hear the doorbell, most delivery services would have left, but the gentleman called me, twice because I didn't answer the first call, and he waited for me to call home to let her know they were there. To me, that's going above and beyond your expectations! I didn't catch his name, probably on my paperwork, I will see when I get home and update this with his name. Thank you for your patience and excellent service!! Carlos!! Couldn't have asked for better!”

“Very helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible. They also have packing and shipping materials as well as birthday and other cards. Always in and out. There is a good-sized parking lot as well to the side of the building.”

“The Staples in Clay, N.Y. has a female cashier who is always so helpful. I wish I had caught her name. She is in a wheelchair, and always working when I go during the day. Good customer service whenever I have a question or need anything.”

“We stopped at the Cyprus St. USPS for a passport appointment. We were helped by Erick. He was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, and fast. This location has been helpful and served the village community for decades. Thank you Erick.”

“Edit: Cassie was great and super helpful. She truly cares about her job and making a good name for the Post Office, more people should be like herI went to get my passport during the hours that are posted on the usps website. I was then told the walk in hours are different which were only posted on a small sign inside the post office. The woman who told me this was less than accommodating and told me I would have to make an appointment (which does not work on the website) or come back during walk in hours another time. The funny thing is that there was not other customers in the post office at the time. They could have easily fit me in as there was no one else waiting for any other service there.”
