“I am old and somewhat handicapped… at this store 1/3/24 approx 1:50 pm and employee named Makenna was very very helpful to me by helping me figure out QR code and getting label for one parcel.. the second parcel i asked if they had a small cart to bring in pkg, she offered and helped me get the pkg out of my vehicle, and again helped me with the QR code/label…. Very polite and very helpful, i hope she gets recognized for her excellent customer service!!!”

I couldn't be there so my daughter was waiting, she took a nap and didn't hear the doorbell, most delivery services would have left, but the gentleman called me, twice because I didn't answer the first call, and he waited for me to call home to let her know they were there. To me, that's going above and beyond your expectations! I didn't catch his name, probably on my paperwork, I will see when I get home and update this with his name.
