“Dropped off a FedEx package with call tag. Preprint your shipping labels at home and drop them at counter at no charge. They have a counter to ship UPS and FedEx. They get picked up daily.
It is also a very nice gift shop. I was shocked to to see how is the store is once you walk in . The staff is is very friendly.”

“Apparently I’m at the stage of life where I’m writing a review for Staples. Is it because I have kids going back to school? Is it because I secretly love office supplies? Or is my life just incredibly boring? We may never know.
But honestly, I love this place. It always feels like no one is actually running the store, which sounds like a criticism, but for me it’s basically paradise. It’s quiet, it’s empty, and I can stand in the pen and planner aisles for an unreasonable amount of time contemplating all of my options without anyone bothering me. Living the dream.
The pricing is also fascinating. Things are either wildly expensive or so insanely on sale that you feel like you’ve committed some sort of retail crime. There is absolutely no middle ground.
My snack-loving heart is always delighted when I make my way to that strange little mismatched section of office supplies and miscellaneous nonsense, where I am greeted by what has to be the largest barrel of cheese puffs known to mankind.
Why does Staples have a giant barrel of cheese puffs? I have no idea. Why do I care? I don’t. I’m buying it.
The kids have their school supplies. I have orange fingers. Everyone wins.”
“Very helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible. They also have packing and shipping materials as well as birthday and other cards. Always in and out. There is a good-sized parking lot as well to the side of the building.”

“This is a great option the very busy post office in the village of Baldwinsville. The woman working there (post master?) is super nice. When I came to get stamps for Christmas cards, she helped me stamp them because I had so many. Small gestures like that make a huge difference for me. Thank you for such great service!”
“How was my experience at this UPS drop box you ask? Amazing! Wow, what a box! It opened its mouth and swallowed a smaller box and then that box reappeared in a different area! Possibly the work of the devil, but until I know for sure I'm twirling in a field of daisies at the magic of it all!”

“I go here for all my mailing needs as an eBay seller (and sending out holiday cards) and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Customer service is consistent, fast, and friendly. During times of high demand, there will be a more urgent, rushed nature but that’s all of retail. “Delivery came on time and the drivers placed the items where I requested. They were kind and professional making sure I received everything I ordered. One box had a small rip but he opened it there to make sure there were no scratches. I like the app they use. You can see where the truck is on a map and they let you know when they are almost there as well. I would definitely use this service again and recommend using them.”
