“I was initially hesitant to go with The Floor Store - I had received an estimate from a chi-chi north shore carpet store I had used several times in the past which, even after all of their additional “promos” and “discounts”, was roughly 25% higher for the identical carpeting. How could this be? Yes, it could be! The carpeting is beautiful, the installation flawless (they even surprised me by making me several additional mats!), and Nancy, Fred, Elyse and Richard(?) were patient, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
