“Attempted to use a Visa rewards card for fuel and the process is weird and confusing. Alisha was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about how these cards work and was 100% correct about how any unused fuel pump balance gets placed back on the card days later once the “hold” comes off. Hats off to you Alisha, it’s not every day someone acts as professional as you AND knows their job. They are very lucky to have you as an employee……and thank you.”
