“Huge shout-out to Joanne - who went above and beyond for us! Long story short, we had a couple items sent to an address in Beacon where mail delivery had been temporarily put on hold. When I came to the office to inquire about the parcels' whereabouts, she was incredibly kind and quick to help us figure out a solution. By the next day, our items showed up on our doorstep. “Never had a problem here. There’s always a familiar clerk at the window — a Caucasian female with darker hair that’s always been pleasant and helpful.
Yes, it’s rather inconvenient that the service window/counter closes down entirely for 90 minutes Monday-Friday for lunch, but ALL of the smaller POs in this area do that.”
