I go here regularly to do her banking. They are proficient and very well trained. If I didnt already have a bank I would move my business there. “I love NBT Bank! I’ve never had any issues. I’ve overdrafted by mistake before, and it was a full 5 days before I was able to correct the error, and while they told me to do so promptly or be charged an overdraft fee, I never was. Staff has always been courteous and polite. Highly recommend!!”
