“Today 9/12/24 I had the pleasure of coming to your poughkeepsie branch and dealing with Alina. I was in a panic fearing the worst that my account had been frozen when attempts to pay a bill after a direct deposit of my paycheck finding the card was denied. Alina dealt with me with patience, professionalism, kindness and understanding. Making a gut wrenching situation as easy and pleasant as possible. Not only did she perform excellent customer service, she also reset the tone of my entire day.In that moment I found myself reflecting back on the hundreds of transactions I've completed thru her and came to the realization that she has always performed in the same manner. Ulster saving should be delighted at two facts in this situation
1) That your institution is lucky enough in this day and age to have such a person in their employ
2) That I don't have my own business, because I would pay her whatever she wants to come work for me.
Thankfully for you guys I am a civil servant and in no need for employees.
Please do everything in your power to keep her at your institution, she is by far the best at what she does that I have ever seen in my 48 years.

“I just got back from this location after opening up mine and my girlfriends very first business together, an anxious endeavor. I had called earlier that day to ask about scheduling and realized this bank closes most weekdays at 4pm, so I got out of work early and got there at 3:45 thinking it would be a quick 15 minute set up for the accounts. The banker I worked with was Leanna Sorrentino. I have dealt with many, many banks over the years, and would be willing to put it in writing that she was by and far the very BEST I have ever come across in my life. I had to bring my daughter in with us, as we didn't have a sitter and she is very hyperactive. Leanna was not only polite, but offered her toys and spoke to her like she had a background in child development. On top of all that, Leanna stayed an extra HOUR after closing to not only set up the account, but answer all my questions with patience, humor, and professionalism. I will never bank with anyone else for the rest of my life because of that experience. We work hard in my house and to be treated with such respect and kindness after a long work day is refreshing and so very rare these days. Thank you, Leanna! The best around ~”
