“I cannot even begin to list the reasons why I’m pleased with the service I received in this store today. We went in without an appointment to move four phones and an iPad from AT&T to them. On top of that two of the four phones were in other parts of Westchester. It was a lot of work. Our representative Ron was absolutely outstanding. He handled EVERYTHING. And I mean everything. It took a few hours to do it all and he did it professionally, thoroughly, kindly and with a smile. Many hours after leaving the store we had an issue with one of the phones that was not with us and we called to see if he was still there. Not only did he take the call but he told us exactly what to do and it took less than a minute to fix. Thank you Ron and the rest of the staff at this location.”

Since my last review the manager (Moe) reached out to me and assured me they would be more mindful of the sticky floor by the slurpee machines. The last two times I was in, my shoes were no longer clinging to the floor. Boy, was I ever impressed. “I stumbled on "Accent on Music" by chance, I was looking for a record store. Something in the description made think they sold records. After I realized it was a Hi-Fi audio store I decide to go in and browse. Well I ended up participating in a mini -listening session with Bill test driving the new Rega Aya. I was so impressed by the speaker, I asked to reserve a listening session in which I could bring my own albums to hear through the speakers. After I decided on getting the speakers. On the day of delivery I had a very engaged conversation with Alma where spent about a half-hour discussing Joni Mitchell, luxury watches, weather, and scones. Beyond being great company, they really know sonics and how to customize the sound to your liking. I was so excited about the speakers that I accidentally flubbed Alma's name when I was leaving. I think I called her a version of the speakers and her name combined. I look forward to building a system with you in the future. You truly embody the title "Accent on Music.”

“I have never been to Apple before because I never really had to but this was my first time going because my son broke his phone completely. Was not able to get an appointment because of Apple's security measures. As his phone was broken, we couldn't log into his account without getting the code that they texted to his phone. Long story short, we popped up at the Apple store and it was 1:00 on a Sunday. So needless to say it was busy. They were very accommodating and put us in for 3:00 appointment. So we had to wait 2 hours but it is a nice Mall to walk around and waste time. So 3:00 rolls around and we walked back in the store after receiving a text that they were ready for us and they were doing a free drawing class that we were watching as they were looking at the phone and checking to make sure it was okay replace with a new phone. I forget the gentleman's name but he was very nice and patient because my son didn't remember his passwords. Thank goodness I did but the last step to setting up the new iPhone was he needed his old passcode to get into his phone and he did not remember so the gentleman was very patient. 10 minutes later I was just like screw it. What is the worst that'll happen and he was like well. He won't be able to use any of his passwords that were saved and he'll probably not get some messages and like mine or stuff so I said okay. We'll take the Gamble and we left cuz the phone was already set up. It just wasn't allowing him to finish it without the previous passcode from 2 years ago that he changed lol. On the way back home though. He did remember the passcode thank goodness and was able to get into his phone completely because without that old passcode he was not allowed to download Snapchat lol which we know kids love ? so thank you Apple. I really appreciate it. I appreciate the security measures but we can kind of make a little easier. Maybe kind of sort of to help people when they forget things to like. Maybe reset them without having to go through hoops to get things fixed but that's not the store's fault. That's a corporate thing.”

“I've been frequenting this place for a long while now and it's saved my rear a few times for breakfast and lunch when I was working 75+ hours a week. Slurpees are a life saver on hot days, good prices on the cheap beer I like to drink, and they always have some kind of new candy to pique the interest.Mrs. Kim and the other staff I've interacted with over the many years are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.”
