The great rating is for *******, the team leader, who took the time and patience as she helped to solve my problem in the branch.The bank depends on a few people who are willing to go above and beyond to help solve problems. Too many of the employess go blank and if you are on the phone, transfer you; or if you are in person, they are unable to do much.The new upgrade to the banking site is a plus and that was the only way I found out that a CD I purchased had matured earlier in the year. The bank in general has much room for improvement.”
