“I came in hoping that I could use some old drapes to upholster two armchairs, which I know is a tall order. Franchesca gladly obliged, I was able to sift through their giant sample wall to find a piping fabric I loved, and they re-stuffed the cushions and pillows that were a bit deflated from years of use. Six weeks later I am so happy with how they turned out. Their work was so well done and detailed in the pattern matching around seams, I really couldn't be more impressed and will definitely be taking other projects that come up to them in the future!”

I had the best experience working with Heather in the rug store who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She had the repair guy come within 48 hours of my store visit and the repair and cleaning was done in a week. I was amazed with the final repair and it looks brand new.
