Today, of course my phone was acting up and didn’t know what to do. As soon as I entered the store a gentleman, Tadah, was efficient, kind and reassuring that all I needed was a screen change. Despite closing at 8pm, Mike the owner went out of his way to make sure he brought the specific screen I needed. He drove all the way from New Jersey and I am super grateful that he did! My phone is like brand new. They even included a cute iPhone 14 Pro Max for the win ???”
