“What a phenomenal experience at this amazing clinic! Between the staff and Dr. Branding, everyone was amazing. I came in for the first time with a stray cat, that had been outside on her own with no help in sight. I made her an appointment first thing in the morning, took her in, got all of her shots and bloodwork, and made a spaying appointment. From start to finish the ladies in this office couldn't have been better! I have the utmost confidence that my new little one will receive the best care possible. “We had such a wonderful experience bringing our shy dog to this animal hospital. Our pup is usually very nervous at the vet and takes a long time to warm up to new people, but Ashley had biscuits and was incredibly patient, gentle, and compassionate from the moment we walked in. She took the time to make our dog feel safe and comfortable, and by the end of the visit our dog absolutely loved her.
The doctor was also amazing — thorough, kind, and very understanding of our dog’s anxiety. Together they made what is usually a stressful visit into such a positive experience. “I would like to say thank you to the Manor Veterinary Clinic. We saw a pigeon get hit by a car and get a broken wing. I called my veterinarian in Eastchester, but they would not take the pigeon. I was passing Manor Veterinary Clinic, so I stopped in to ask if they would take care of the pigeon. They immediately said yes! They got a box and comfortable bedding for the pigeon. They told me if the pigeon could be saved, they would do their best! I followed up with a phone call and they were glad to speak with me! They informed me that they stitched the pigeon up and are making arrangements to have the pigeon go to a bird sanctuary and continue to heal! I just wanted to share my experience with this clinic. The women at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful and the veterinary team did not think twice to help this pigeon!”

I have a very aggressive and large dog and they so kindly squeezed me in when he started limping. They were extremely patient with both me and my dog Sam. Dr. Kremmerman, Malik, Diana and the front desk staff (I’m so sorry I forgot your names!!!) were absolutely wonderful and made this process so much less stressful. I had been dreading coming in to get the help he needed because of his aggression. I’m so incredibly glad I came. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart!!!

“The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Gallardo is very thorough with her examinations and lets you know all options and possible costs associated with each. She truly cares about your pet and listens to all feedback and concerns. I am very happy with the care my pets receive and they try to make it as affordable as possible. I have a medium size mixed breed dog and two cats. My male tuxedo is 13 years old and was recently diagnosed with diabetes. He is getting excellent care.”

“We can’t thank enough to the wonderful team of Dr. Paul Schwartzreich. My cat, Hydrox, got seriously infected after a fight with another animal in April. She was brought to Dr. Schwartzreich with bad skin abscess which was then treated properly with great attention. Denise, who performed after-surgery care and bandage changing was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure the wounds were healing in a good manner. The appreciation also goes to other nice people in this clinic, including but not limited to Maria and Amanda in the front desk, and Juan and other staff who worked behind the scenes.
Hydrox is still in the process of slow recovering but we are confident for a faster recovery with Dr. Schwartzreich and his team by our side.”
“I can’t thank Dr. Fullerton and the whole LAH team enough for the amazing care they gave my dog from the time he was a puppy all the way through his senior years. He went through so much over his 17+ years—epilepsy, injuries, viruses, even a serious eye injury that had us coming in every day for months—and everyone there was always so kind, patient, and professional.
They treated him like family and always took the time to explain what was going on and make sure we both felt okay. Losing him has been really hard, but it’s comforting to know he was looked after by such dedicated, caring people. I’m so grateful for everything they did for him (and for me).”

“We have had our dog seen here since we adopted her in 2017. Very happy with her care and process of getting appointments. Most recently had our dog see Dr. Callahan for her annual checkup. He was very thorough in her annual exam and explained the process in detail. Much more information than your standard human annual physical! Finding a good vet practice is difficult and I highly recommend Dr. Callahan and the High Ridge practice for other pet owners.”
“Blue Cross animal hospital staff are kind and knowledgeable. The Staff truly goes out of their way to help you in the best possible way.They share information , even try saving you money. It upsets me to see bad reviews from owners who lack accountability. If you choose not to do the basic preventative measures like spay/neuter your pet then do not blame others when something happens. Had you did what you needed and should have done you wouldn’t be in the situation that you are. Please people do better for your pets if they are truly apart of your family.”

“11/06/2025 1:30pm - 5Pm today I spent the the afternoon at the Valhalla Animal Hospital. I have been coming here for over 25 years with different cats. No matter what the services are required, whether rescuing a cat or bringing in a group of kittens, or spaying or neutering, or just routine care, I have never had any issues at this location. A few doctors have come and gone, but the service has always been top notch here — today I had the opportunity to spend the day with Ron, the veterinarian assistant and Dr Steven Yang. He has been nicknamed the cat whisperer. Today I had to bring in my Bella Cat, who is 14 years old and she has some arthritis and some dietary issues and a few bad teeth. The Valhalla animal Hospital crew was attentive, caring, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for everyday vaccinations, care that needs a little more investigative work and managing long-term care. The facility is very clean, and the parking is spacious and accessible for handicapped individuals.”

“I followed Dr. Gina Antiaris when she took over the practice and I have never looked back. I believe there are 3 doctors there and I trust my cats to no one else. They completely understand and are empathetic to the nutiness some of us clients can inflict on them because they understand that for some, their pets are their life.
They are compassionate and its very rare for any Healthcare oriented establishment but I never felt pressured to get tests done or spend a crazy amount of money. When Dr. Gina tells me we need to do something we know its necessary and not just another way to get money out of us.
I am so lucky I have them to keep my cats up and running and honestly the whole staff deserves a standing ovation because they truly care about what they do.”
