“from what i’ve seen the the newest manager blake has really turned this store around in the best possible direction. i had stopped in at the port ewen store and i was in utter shock, i couldn’t believe how much cleaner, more organized and better managed this store is now in comparison to how it had previously been like about 6-7 months ago when i had been here last! service is beyond exceptional and the parking lot isn't filled all over with carts or garbage anymore! keep doing a good job port ewen dollar general!! i definitely recommend this location above any of the others in the area!!”

“Four stars because I love Stewarts but you have a serious problem with your management. Great staff never seems to last long in this store so I won't be buying anything there for awhile. I went because I enjoy the product and the customer service. Maybe getting rid of the two managers will help you retain great employees.”

“Nothing to say other than top notch service and care. They give you so much meat in the sandwiches to the point you think you’re stealing. ? Love the family essence of the store… everything is wonderful. If you get the chance to visit while their local homegrown tomatoes are being harvested.. you will never want any tomato other than theirs!!
