“This location is awesome! It is right outside the doors of the Islip terminal. The staff are on point, you don't have to wait. Since I had reservations in advance, it made my process even faster. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Do yourselves a favor, fly into Islip just for the experience. Plus, they have amazing cars right there and you can choose what you want if you are not completely satisfied with what they have for you. Enterprise, you out did yourself for me! “I upgraded to a Cadillac Escalade recently for a family trip. We had some problems on our way from Nee York to Virginia with the vehicle. James the branch manager reached out several times and facilitated some options that were very helpful. The fact that I couldn’t understand anyone on the customer service lines was frustrating but James was a breath of fresh air quickly accommodating our needs. If not for him this trip would have been ruined.”

“Alec at the Islip Airport Location was efficient, personable and very responsive. I had a terrible weekend of canceled flights and Alec showed empathy and went out of his way to be sure I had a successful and positive experience. The manager followed up with me by email to see if I had questions which I did in regards to the toll pass. Alec called me back before I returned the car next day. Finally upon return I successful dropped my car off at the fort myers location. The individuals as well as the manager were quick to return my car and reach out to me within 24 hours about another question.”

“Reasonable Rates. Professional yet laid back home like feeling. Thank you Dawn! You were a pleasure to work with. Even with a room full of people you took the time to help answer all my questions and treated each customer with the same respect. My only complaint would be ( not for me ) that there should be more people there to assist. Dawn was perfectly capable of handling the packed room by herself but should she have to? The people in the waiting room that day were very patient and understanding but I'm sure that's not always the case and is unfair to the one person trying to help that many people. With all that being said, I would use Budget again. It was worth the wait.”
“Went to Fidelis Automotive in Lake Ronkonkoma on Portion Rd today because my 17 old son got a flat tire. They looked at the tire and told me that they can reseal it to save my son from having to buy a new tire. They were very helpful and checked all of his tires for me. I was in and out in 15 minutes and it only cost me $17.00 plus we gave the guy a little tip. Amazing place. The two guys there were so nice.”

“This was my first time renting from Budget. I usually rent from Enterprise but they wanted way too much money to rent a minivan. I saved over $1,000 by renting from Avis. The two women at this location were wonderful. One even provided some recommendations for places to visit during our trip to FL. And the van was brand new. Only 800 miles and very clean. I will definitely return. Thank you!!”

“Im not sure why this place has received so much bad reviews. I found them to be nice and helpful. They are a smaller local shop which adds a bit of character. They had my car i reserved and I was gone in under 15 min.Side note my flight had got canceled at Christmas from Islip, this was the only place that had anything. I didn't catch the guys name that served me but he was under alot of stressed from angry customers with altered travel plan but I think it was just fine.If you read this you might recall me saying you made at least one customer happy, well you did, we are home in Tennessee and safe. Thank you very much.”
“If you’re flying into MacArthur Airport (ISP) and need to rent a car for your stay, consider Avis. Very easy to rent, no shuttle service required, great rates, vehicles are in excellent shape and returns are easy even after hours. Fill out return slip, drop form and keys in box and walk right into the airport.”
“These days difficult to get car rentals. I booked rental far in advance. I called a few times to confirm my car. Manny was very honest and told me he may not have enough cars. He suggested I make alternate plans just in case. Luckily they had a car waiting for me when I arrived. Thank you Manny. I have rented from this location before. Always cost less than the airport.”
“Would totally recommend this location. I was able to book a Tesla on the day of upon speaking to Syed/Sayan. They were courteous and very accommodating. Cleaned, disinfected the vehicle and had it ready for me. Couldn’t have asked for more.”
“I've been renting from this location every 2-3 months for over 3 years now and Carlos has always gone above and beyond to assist me.Not sure where the nastiness comments are coming from as he always treats me with a friendly, business-like demeanor. It's important to remember this is a "neighborhood" location so inventory can change at a moment's notice.I can't recommend Carlos and this Stony Brook location enough!Bill”
