“We were kind of concerned picking up our rental from here after we saw the reviews but we prayed hard that our rental would work out and it did! The lady at the counter was so kind to us and our car was great. I truly believe that majority of the time if you’re kind to people, they will be kind back! Try not to worry if you get a rental from here and if you’re worried, maybe try praying about it— it works!”

“I brought my 2019 Thor Quantum here after my head unit gave a video error for my backup and sideview cameras. After having the dealership where I bought the RV from, kicked the can down the road trying to refer me to a Ford dealer, stereo shops, and two so called RV experts either telling me the don't work on cameras systems and I would have go elsewhere. I reached out to Thor who gave me the name and address for Perfect Bodies. I was told that they do Thor's warrantee work, and would help me even though my RV was no longer under warranty. I had no choice but to take it to Joe and his crew. They spent a lot of time on this issue, but got things working. Considering amount of time and and phone calls to Thor's engineers and technical support, my bill was more than fair. I have no complaints and only praises for this shop. They are honest and hard working. What else would you expect from a professional? I won't be bringing my RV to anyone else. Thanks Joe and your staff!”

This is my favorite location to use for business out of all the enterprises I have been serviced and will continue to business with enterprise only at the medford location”

“I have been a loyal customer for a few years. The driving force is its customer service and ease of rental. As an emerald member, pick up and drop off is super easy and quick. When traveling through busy airports I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. Next, their people are fantastic! Everyone of them has always been friendly, and helpful. Even in some cities where people have a reputation of being, at best, aloof, the National staff has been top notch, always greeting with a smile, friendliness and professionalism. These factors, along with a nice fleet of cars, make me come back to National again and again.”

“Matt was lit and explained the process of renting a car and the expectations that come along with it very well to someone that's never rented before. I didnt get stiffed, the process was easy and the staff is nice especially since there was a line of customers and a phone ringing every 5 minutes when they just opened.”

I had to move up both pickup and extend my rental a couple of days and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Super friendly, professional and got me moving quickly. “I believe that consistency is truly difficult to mimic and maintain. But my experience through this enterprise was phenomenal, personally I’ve been coming here for the better part of the last 6 months. I’ve had really good service every time I’ve come to this location. Even when they’re swamped with work. Pic is just a photo i took of the rental on my most recent vacation.”

“I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Garry in action at Avis Car Rental, and I can honestly say he is an outstanding worker. His professionalism, work ethic, and positive attitude truly set him apart. Garry consistently goes above and beyond to help both customers and his team, always making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What stands out the most is how reliable and dedicated he is no matter how busy things get, he stays focused, patient, and helpful. He takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the quality of his work and the way he treats people. Garry is the kind of employee every company hopes to have, and Avis is lucky to have him on their team.”

“Rented a van to travel to NC for my mother who is wheelchair bound from the Mamaroneck location. Seamless reservation and pick up. When I returned it, I saw that I was billed for a different mileage. I showed what I had captured on my cell phone at drop off and was credited with that mileage.”

“This is the only place I now rent from. The staff of recent years has been very courteous. I just returned an awesome Ford Bronco sport. Troy (Management Trainee) from pick up to return was knowledgeable and helpful. He'll make a good manager. Alex who is the present manager at this location is also very helpful. Courteous also. Highly recommend.”

“JoAnn at the MacArthur airport Budget location is such an amazing person and definitely makes the experience better for customers, myself included. I also want to mention that I witnessed her in two different interactions on two separate occasions. One was a very difficult, call him a mean customer. It was rather embarrassing seeing a grown man act the way he did and his behavior toward JoAnn was heart breaking. She handled him beautifully and kept her calm. The people in line were shocked and you could tell they wanted to rally to her side and the bad customer started to pick up on this. Kudos to her. Even more impressive however was the second interaction on a different day and how she treated a very sweet older gentleman. She was so kind and patient with him and helped him through everything without rushing him. It was super cool to see how important she made him feel. Thank you JoAnn!”

“It's always hectic at the airport and the rental car line is where you are tested. But Budget changed all that. Most of the work is done online before you get there. Fast, convenient and great customer service. Yes there was a line but it moved so fast, I couldn't complain. Knowledgeable staff make all the difference and that smile was icing on the cake. Love the cars, No surprises, that never happens. 5 Stars . And Thank you”
