“We were kind of concerned picking up our rental from here after we saw the reviews but we prayed hard that our rental would work out and it did! The lady at the counter was so kind to us and our car was great. I truly believe that majority of the time if you’re kind to people, they will be kind back! Try not to worry if you get a rental from here and if you’re worried, maybe try praying about it— it works!”

“I brought my 2019 Thor Quantum here after my head unit gave a video error for my backup and sideview cameras. After having the dealership where I bought the RV from, kicked the can down the road trying to refer me to a Ford dealer, stereo shops, and two so called RV experts either telling me the don't work on cameras systems and I would have go elsewhere. I reached out to Thor who gave me the name and address for Perfect Bodies. I was told that they do Thor's warrantee work, and would help me even though my RV was no longer under warranty. I had no choice but to take it to Joe and his crew. They spent a lot of time on this issue, but got things working. Considering amount of time and and phone calls to Thor's engineers and technical support, my bill was more than fair.
I have no complaints and only praises for this shop. They are honest and hard working. What else would you expect from a professional?
I won't be bringing my RV to anyone else.

“I always rent a car from Enterpise at Islip airport. It’s quick and easy (unless the plane I got off had an unusual number of renters). Staff friendly and competent. Car new and in great shape. They always have what I want and will switch if they are able. Once I had a car for two weeks and one tire kept losing air. I wasn’t near this location but the manager at another location filled my tire three times as a courtesy (the computer was saying something funky and I didn’t want to mess it up). Highly recommend.”

“I have been a loyal customer for a few years. The driving force is its customer service and ease of rental. As an emerald member, pick up and drop off is super easy and quick. When traveling through busy airports I can't tell you how much I appreciate this.
Next, their people are fantastic! Everyone of them has always been friendly, and helpful. Even in some cities where people have a reputation of being, at best, aloof, the National staff has been top notch, always greeting with a smile, friendliness and professionalism.
These factors, along with a nice fleet of cars, make me come back to National again and again.”
“The clerks at Enterprise Port Jeff were very helpful when I needed a car rental and reimbursement from insurance after my car was T-boned. They were patient and helped me with a question that I had even after they were done with their shift and about to leave in a separate parking lot. They helped call the insurance company that I needed to deal with and over the phone answered all of my questions, and the car rental functioned as it needed to of course. Great service from people who actually care and do their jobs effictively in a world where so many others half-ass and aren’t of any help to customers.”

For someone who won't have a car for a while, you have no idea how helpful and relieving that is. The return process was also very easy. “JoAnn at the MacArthur airport Budget location is such an amazing person and definitely makes the experience better for customers, myself included. I also want to mention that I witnessed her in two different interactions on two separate occasions. One was a very difficult, call him a mean customer. It was rather embarrassing seeing a grown man act the way he did and his behavior toward JoAnn was heart breaking. She handled him beautifully and kept her calm. The people in line were shocked and you could tell they wanted to rally to her side and the bad customer started to pick up on this. Kudos to her. Even more impressive however was the second interaction on a different day and how she treated a very sweet older gentleman. She was so kind and patient with him and helped him through everything without rushing him. It was super cool to see how important she made him feel. Thank you JoAnn!”

“It's always hectic at the airport and the rental car line is where you are tested. But Budget changed all that. Most of the work is done online before you get there. Fast, convenient and great customer service. Yes there was a line but it moved so fast, I couldn't complain. Knowledgeable staff make all the difference and that smile was icing on the cake. Love the cars, No surprises, that never happens.
