“While this has been my favorite place for years today Charlie really came to my rescue. They always greet every customer and when Charlie asked how I was I said I was cranky because we were supposed to have all we needed to hook up water/ice on new fridge but after getting soaked and the connector was wrong off to Ace I went! Charlie smiled and said let’s take a look and found what I needed! He saved the day!”
“I was shopping for a specific BBQ and found they had it for less than everyone else so I went there to buy it. I was skeptical of a catch but the girl behind the counter confirmed the price. She was excellent as well as the manager. They arranged for delivery and it arrived on time and assembled perfectly. This place is out of the way for me but I will be a regular customer from now on.”
“I needed a Corbett to drill a hole through a foundation. The two gentlemen that were at the counter was very helpful and I walked out shortly after being assisted with my purchase. Great staff!”

“The shopping experience here is great; far better than the big box stores. Not only are you greeted personally when you come in but for a small store they have an amazing inventory. Not only are they fully stocked with inventory but if you have problem to fix and have not been able to figure out a solution the owners often can make a suggestion that enables you to fix the issue. Great place to frequent and support. John B”

“This store is very easy to navigate and find exactly what you need on your own. No problem finding the items fast. If not, there is an employee available to ask for assistance. Like that the aisles are small and labeled above with the items that it contains. Much easier to find items here than in a much bigger store.”

“Its Harbor Freight. Dirt cheap prices for disposible Chinese tools. Chaotic service run by “Dee-da-dee“ employees, but what else is new. If there is more then a few people in the store plan on waiting in a long long to check out. Low end knick knacks are great here.
Most equipment is fairly decent and will last a while, basic non-powered items can be as good as bigbox store stuff . Anything powered are usually throw aways.

“Now my second experience here and both times I was in a jam with needing to get some hoses to get back up and running for my business. Without fail they were able to get it done and get me working again, all within a half hour. If you need any hose repairs for your business or personal use I would definitely come to them!!”

“Was looking to purchase a certain small parts organizer bin which happened to be up in the overhead by the organizers. Walked the entire store and couldnt find a floor employee until i got over to garden. A nice older gentleman was able to help and led me to Jillian. She was quick to help and get me what i needed. The 5 stars are not for the store but solely on her performance of helping me out.”

“So needed a new front door lock, went to depot first and received 0 help trying to track down the correct lock, when I figured it out I couldn’t get keys and I don’t like the self service machine, now headed to Lowe’s in lake grove, fretted as I walk in this employee asked what I needed then walked me straight to the locks, he made 4 extra keys and tested them onsite… that’s what service is about…”
