We asked him some questions about new products and he grabbed us samples for us to try without us even asking. He served us with a smile and it was very refreshing to see. They let me check my feral cats in before feral drop off because I had to get to work. The appointment wait time is very reasonable. They are also working with me to get the friendly kittens fixed. I truly appreciate their help while I am trying to clean up an outside hoarding situation in my neighborhood
