“Rushed to the Post Office after work to get there before they closed. Literally made it by 2 minutes. I had to file paperwork to open a PO Box. I was greeted by Ar-Nay who took the extra time to help me even though it was after 5pm. She was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush me at all. Because of her I was able to cross something off my to-do list without having to come back another day. Thanks, Ar-Nay!”

I don't think there's every been a time that I've walked in without hearing staff crack jokes and having the customers laughing and smiling. “Really great USPS location that's clean and has wonderful staff. Line usually moves fast and the postal staff are very helpful. Always assist in making sure that the cheapest shipping possible as well. Postal carriers are the best as well, appreciate them!”

“I live on the borderline of Farmingville & Selden and prefer to go to the Selden Post office for shipping. The employees are fast and always very polite and unlike the Farmingville Post office the employees in Selden handle my packages carefully. Whenever I ship thru Farmingville at least 2 out of every 5 arrives damaged.”
“I love this post office. The people are very nice, friendly and helpful. Even if there is a line, it moves quickly. They never have a problem answering a question. I would recommend it more but I don't want it to get more crowded.”
“Nice staff, in a great location right on Hawkins Avenue and Moriches Rd - close to the mall so when I'm late sending out a present I can literally go from the mall to this post office. They don't have a self service kiosk though.”

“⚡Lisa - Their Awesome! Rocky Pt. Post Office. Superb Customer Service 10⭐. So, the message said the package was delivered. But I didn't receive the package. So I called up The P.O. main headquarters.They said my local P.O. will get back to me in 2-3 days. THEN, 30 minutes later I got a call. It was Rocky Point Post Office, The Supervisor, Tracy? She got my details about the package and said, "We will track it down, don't worry. I will call you tomorrow." I said ok. Then tomorrow Came. I answered the call, it was Post Office Supervisor Tracy. She said your package should be at your door. I went to the Front door AND Low and BEHOLD aaaahhhh the Package was right at my Front Door.?? I was So HAPPY! It was like magic. I didn't even hear them arrive.I needed that package so bad, too? OMG! What Fantastic Service✨ Best Service I have ever seen! Way to be! Rocky Point Post Office!!!? Hey Everyone, Postman Joe Retired. “This is my favorite post office. The staff at the front desk is always very friendly, efficient and willing to assist. And also their closing hours are a little bit more late than most of the other posts offices, they close at 5:30pm, what makes it more convenient.”

“I can't say enough about Susana at this location who went way above and beyond helping me with a critical situation. An error was made in addressing a package when someone moved and some very important documents were lost. Susana took control of the situation in an expedient, patient, caring and professional manner. It was amazing that in a facility which handles so much mail every day she was able to locate the package and promptly get it to its correct destination. Susana was humble and acted as if she did it every day and just shrugged it off. Meanwhile, on the other end of the phone all I could think of was Superwoman. I hope that this is put in her employee file and at her next review is remembered. I also hope she is considered at the next review for employee of the month. She certainly has my vote. Thank you again Susana. You will always be the Superwoman of Smithtown to me.”
“They helped me even when it was technically closing time. The lady behind the counter was great and quick. I will say they lock the door behind you if it's the actual time they close but as long as you make inside they will help you before they close.”
“I don’t think it’s fair that no one has ever taken the time to review the counter service at our local Post Office. I am there on a regular basis, as I run on online yarn business. I am always met with polite, professional, service! Even during the stressful holiday period. We live in a time when everyone is quick to complain. I want the Post Master to know that I never see sending my packages as a chore, and that’s because of the staff working there. Kudos??!”
