“Chad helped me. He was great! He communicated super well with myself and my moving team. Made my move much less stressful. The facility is also super clean and well maintained. It was really hot outside. However, the facility has a covered loading dock so you and/or your movers don’t have to be out in the sun. The place is also very well air conditioned. I feel very comfortable with storing my stuff here and will come back in the future for other storage needs.”
“Just had an amazing experience with Colin in the office. He had a wine of people and was the only person there he handled everything for all of us with patience and understanding as we all had to change our codes because they just changed ownership in front of us was the older woman who is losing two giant storage units and is late on her payments and we all had to wait while she asked 30 questions which is understandable. Colin handled it like a pro. Your company is lucky to have he like this young man.”

They recently assisted with a complex, ever changing situation for a patient of mine and could not have been more gracious. They were prompt, thorough and always responsive. “My brother got sick about a year ago and lost his place to live and has been in hospitals and rehabs to recover and Dan at storage for less was more than helpful. We thought it would only be a few months which turned into a year. None only while their price is good customer service was unbeatable. Unfortunately a year later my brother stuff is still there and every now and then Dan reaches out to check and make sure everything's okay. Thank you Dan”
