“For starters...super awesome staff. Amanda was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone. Genevieve assisted me in person when I arrived and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable storing my items at this facility. Genevieve was also very patient answering all my questions and took the time to show me options ensuring I found the unit that was just right for me. I felt like an actual person rather than another unit number. This particular facility is immaculate! Inside and outside - well groomed property and very clean halls/units. Plenty of parking and two entrances make this a very accessible building during peak and off peak hours. My only suggestion is maybe getting slightly bigger carts. I did make these work - but sometimes it was a struggle with some of my larger furniture items. Overall A+”

“I wish I could give this place ten stars.They are always a pleasure to speak with on the phone. They send me a reminder email a week before the rent is due.I was able to secure a huge 10x10 unit at half the price other storage unit businesses charge near me.You don’t get the climate controlled or elevators or whatever else the big names offer, but i feel better supporting a local business in my town and the price is well worth it.”

There was an issue with a part being sent (which had nothing to do with this location) and he made sure it got figured out. Then he took the time to explain the hitch, the cover and accessories I might want later. Very glad I chose to get this done here.”
