Unfortunately, the contractor did a poor job and it required replacement hardware. Curtos was very patient and saw the project through to completion even though the mistakes were not their fault. “I was in need of two 18,000btu AC units for my 2 family home. I went local not wanting to do a DIYS and needed it professional and fast. Len-Harris did not disappoint, the knowledgeable salesman Jonathan knew all the specs and pointed me to great units. The crew that replaced the sleeve were clean professional and knew exactly what to do. The two units installed in 1.5 hours and work great. I did receive better pricing compared to the box stores plus the old units and cases were taken away. They were even installed day after the purchase!”

It’s a small store, so they won’t have every model on the floor. I recommend looking at one of the stores mentioned above just so you can see what you want, then write down the model number. They can probably order it for you at a better price. 5 stars!”
