“Saturday, late morning after the winter storm a new customer called us for an emergency repair of their electrical service. The feeders blew up underground causing the Volvo dealership building to have no power. Despite our local supply houses being closed, we were able to contact Joe at Monarch Electric who opened up just for us. Joe left his family to make sure we could service one of our new customers. In addition he contacted another electrical contractor who had their high press crippler and helped coordinate us to meet him and get the crippler. Within 8 hours of getting the call we had the new cables installed and the power turned back on.
