Giving 5/5 specifically for Katelynne - she's a real saint and deserves a promotion. She worked with me for almost an hour trying to help me figure out how to get a heavy package to where it needed to come on time and the cheapest way possible and was so patient the entire time.

I took down my one-star review to put this one up. I met Kate today, the new manager. She is kind, friendly, courteous, conscientious, and businesslike. Give the place a chance. Kate is a tremendous improvement over what they had in the past.
