Every employee I interacted with checked in to make sure I was finding everything okay, someone even brought me a cart, and everyone had a smile on their face. I want to give a huge thank you to Julia, the manager at Zumiez in the Poughkeepsie Galleria, and her amazing team, Sydney and Ant. My son and I had one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had, and it was entirely because of this outstanding staff.
From the moment we walked in, Julia and her team were warm, cheerful, and extremely hospitable. They were knowledgeable about current sales and deals, helped us pull the right sizes for him, and even offered great style recommendations that he ended up loving. What stood out the most was how naturally they worked together, when Julia stepped away to assist another customer, Sydney and Ant jumped right in without being asked, making sure the experience continued seamlessly.
Every team member contributed, making the entire visit fun, memorable, and effortless. Their positive energy and professionalism created an atmosphere that felt genuinely inviting.
I highly recommend visiting this Zumiez location, not just for the products, but for the exceptional people who make this store what it is. Thank you, Julia, Sydney, and Ant, for making our day and elevating the whole experience. You are awesome!

“I was at this location on Sunday, I had to make and online even exchange with 2 pairs of jeans and the cashier who helped me was very quick and efficient! 1 of them they had in store with my correct size In stock, and the other pair they didn’t have but she was able to send the correct pair to my house with no problem at all! Even gave me a free reusable bag! I will be shopping here again they know what they are doing :)”
“The Galleria doesn't have the appeal it used to since a lot of the stores I enjoy shopping at are no longer there. But this store has saved me many times when I needed something quick and cute. The prices are reasonable and the sizes fit perfectly without needing to tailor. I am slim and the clothes are slightly European style so they do run a bit small and you may need to size up. But they wash so well and I'm always amazed by how many years I've had certain items. 10/10 quality!”

I was in need of a black dress for a cocktail party the day of and had walked into express and after looking and not having much luck, while helping in the dressing room she kindly went to the back and pulled out the most GORGEOUS dress that I ended up buying and looking fabulous thanks to her.”
