“Exceptional Service at Zumiez, Poughkeepsie Galleria
I want to give a huge thank you to Julia, the manager at Zumiez in the Poughkeepsie Galleria, and her amazing team, Sydney and Ant. My son and I had one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had, and it was entirely because of this outstanding staff.
From the moment we walked in, Julia and her team were warm, cheerful, and extremely hospitable. They were knowledgeable about current sales and deals, helped us pull the right sizes for him, and even offered great style recommendations that he ended up loving. What stood out the most was how naturally they worked together, when Julia stepped away to assist another customer, Sydney and Ant jumped right in without being asked, making sure the experience continued seamlessly.
Every team member contributed, making the entire visit fun, memorable, and effortless. Their positive energy and professionalism created an atmosphere that felt genuinely inviting.
I highly recommend visiting this Zumiez location, not just for the products, but for the exceptional people who make this store what it is. Thank you, Julia, Sydney, and Ant, for making our day and elevating the whole experience. You are awesome!

“The Galleria doesn't have the appeal it used to since a lot of the stores I enjoy shopping at are no longer there. But this store has saved me many times when I needed something quick and cute. The prices are reasonable and the sizes fit perfectly without needing to tailor. I am slim and the clothes are slightly European style so they do run a bit small and you may need to size up. But they wash so well and I'm always amazed by how many years I've had certain items. 10/10 quality!”
“Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the evening staff on July 11, 2026! I was genuinely blown away by the customer service. Every employee I interacted with checked in to make sure I was finding everything okay, someone even brought me a cart, and everyone had a smile on their face. It’s such a rare experience to receive that level of customer service these days.

They are starting to come out with the spring fashion items. Snd of course it s depends on your style. It's just fun to go shopping. Very therapeutic”

“It's Macy's. Everyone knows what it's like, having been around for most people's lifetimes. The selection is good. The prices are deeply discounted from MSRP, though those prices are highly inflated to make the discount appear larger than the reasonable value of the goods. The stores are rarely crowded due to their spaciousness, the goods are well laid out so it's easy to find what you're looking for, and the staff is trained to approach customers to see if they need assistance. It definitely is an upscale shopping experience.”

“The deals are great and the workers are friendly. They are doing their best and wonderfully kind people, I'd you stop by just stay kind. It is definitely worth the visit. They have clothes, merch, bags, hats, jewelry, sex items, pins, cups, and so much more for your nerds this holiday season. The prices aren't bad for what you are getting. The workers are also pretty knowledgeable about what they are selling.”
