The serendipitous encounter of Famous Footwear associate Becky being the person working when I walked in pretty much saved the day for me today. It’s literally why I gave the store 5 stars. Super helpful and went completely all out to help me get a sale item that did not seem possible. I’ll be back!

Great experience here. The store manager assisted me and my mother in getting a great pair of bear paw boots and water proofer spray. I appreciate her professionalism especially as a fellow store manager.
