“From the time my hubby and I walked through the door at Mattress Firm, Tim was attentive and helpful. He guided me to the right Mattress. The delivery team was excellent. They came on the day they said they would; arriving 2 hours earlier! They gave us a call ahead as expected. They set up quickly and even saved me money by using my old bed frames instead of the new ones I had purchased. In addition, when I asked advice on how to attach my bed frame to the bed rails in another room, the team was too happy to help. They did an excellent job! I would highly recommend!!!”

Prices are very fair and affordable. We purchased 2 couches and we couldn't be happier. We practically "designed " the couches ourselves. “Today, waking up with back pain, I said that's it. I wanted to buy a new mattress and go to a mattress store where I felt they would know more than a furniture store. I was not disappointed. I was more than pleased with Bill Smith's patience and expertise in evaluating my needs, and helping to find a mattress that would be best for me. I have also upgraded my adjustable bed base to one with many features to aid in my sleep comfort. I am grateful Bill was there to help. He is so knowledgeable, and certainly more qualified to sell mattresses than any furniture store I ever previously bought one from. “We absolutely LOVE our Jacuzzi J-335 and have nothing but good things to say about Namco !! Destiny and Michelle were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful - when you are speaking to them you have their undivided attention both before and after the sale. They made us feel comfortable enough to take a floor model from another store which is something we may not have done otherwise. The delivery process could not have been easier; we were contacted well in advance and the truck showed up exactly when they said it would. The delivery team was wonderful. I put a LOT of effort into preparing the site and they did not disturb a single blade of grass when placing the hot tub. They made sure we were 100% satisfied and were in no hurry to leave until they were certain of that.Unlike many places we visited while shopping Namco had several units filled with water and this is how we determined that a 300 series was for us. It has significantly more power than the 200 series. I recommend wiring it for a 60 amp service so both pumps and the heater can operate at the same time - you can REALLY feed 'er the onions ! Hang on ! It has LED light bars on each corner and the interior lights cycle through a really nice show. No need for additional lighting at all.This is a genuine review - we are THAT happy with Destiny, Michelle and Namco. Once in a while you run across people actually doing their jobs very well and this is the case here. We highly recommend them!”

“Hand downs the best furniture store. These people are very attentive, organized, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and on point with delivering their furniture. They have a great variety of options in furniture to buy and if they don’t have it in stock , they’ll find a way to get what you are asking for. If you come ASK FOR WALLY . I’ll upload a few pics of the beautiful upholstery bed I got from them which has been amazing quality and after almost 2 years it’s still in amazing shape. I highly recommend to come to this furniture place or if distance is inconvenient, text them and they will help. I give this place 5 stars!! “Great customer service does still exist! I called in today to see if an item was in stock in the store that is a few states away. When most stores would have just said ‘no, sorry we don’t have it’ Elise went above and beyond to put together a quote for me and offer to have the items delivered. She followed up with me every step of the way when she said she would with email and phone and was beyond pleasant. Devin, the store manager, was wonderful as well and was very concise, courteous and knowledgeable. If I could buy everything at Fortunoff Poughkeepsie, I would!”

“We have bought a few pieces here and everything has been great quality especially when you compare to stuff online. People are always helpful finding what you need. Some things are more expensive but you are getting solid wood furniture”

“Target is my one stop store for everything I need, especially when I am out of town. This location is attached to a mall, and that's pretty new to me. As busy as traffic can get inside this store, ringing out wasn't long or a hassle. This location even has a Starbucks inside. But I'm starting to think, that maybe all of the Target stores have one.”

“I placed an order for pickup on n October 9, 2023. When I went to pick up my order was wrong. They went to look for the item. Item could not be found. They gave me 30 dollars in store credit. Then when they said they can do delivery I said fine. Then they gave me another 5 dollars because of the tax. I wasn't expecting this at all. I was presently surprised. I definitely will go back and shop there.”

“Homegoods, but the prequel. I'm not a person that likes to compare, but it's just to give you an idea of what this store is like. It honestly gives you JC Penney (TBT!) home section vibes when you walk in but quickly you feel like you're in the Home Depot planter and decor section but WAY more than you were even prepared for. There's definitely plenty of outdoor furniture options and ideas and this store goes on and on and on. Why do I fully not love it? I'm not quite sure! I'll definitely get to the bottom of this. They have incredible sales and sections with every aisle having its own little section with items on sale. Believe me, there's a lot here to pick from and you'll probably find your favorite live laugh love sign - but we're still here working on unbecoming our parents so we'll leave that behind LOL. Great variety of different area rugs, seating, house decor, house stuff, art work, towels, just about everything you can think of and more. The store is HUGE and you can literally get list in there. As huge as it is it does feel empty or it also makes you feel that way? Again, not sure why! But they for sure have a huge selection on everything. If you like home decor stuff you'll enjoy this one :)”

“I made the mistake of putting my first mattress cover in the dryer and destroyed it. I have been looking and purchasing ones locally and they just aren't the same. I finally called Aaron's and they had the mattress cover I had before in stock. I was so pleased, I purchased 3. Finally have a mattress cover that protects from so many things and it is breathable. So happy with my choice to go pick them up. Thank you.”

“I love Target drive up service. Some people may think I’m lazy. I don’t care. My son has multiple disabilities, my husband works late six days a week, and I have no other help. So being able to order low priced food and not have to get my son’s very heavy wheelchair out and put all six pieces together and take it apart again to put it away is a blessing. This year my son has had six surgeries, and it has been hell. Target drive up has been a light all this time. The workers are friendly, and Target fixes any issues quickly and easily.”
