“Everyone kept telling me to check this location out. I thought it was a camping or outdoor supply store. But, I would say it’s more of a Marshall/TJMax/Burlington coat type shop. Some tents and camping supplies that you won’t find in regular retail shops and lots of clothing at discounted prices. My teen son and gf shop here. And, some of my outdoorsy friends also suggested I shop here for deals. We have similar shops in Kingston, so I would only sho here if i happen to be in that side of the Hudson River.”

“This store is smaller than the ones typically found in malls but they have a great selection. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The prices are reasonable and sometimes they have sales. Great place to go if you like Birkenstock’s or adidas.”
“My daughter and I had an amazing experience today at the store we had an awesome store associate Ashleigh who was just simply great! She was so nice, she greeted us warmly & with a big smile! She helped my daughter find the sizes she needed, offered suggestions and was honest and we really appreciated it! It’s not often you find someone who goes that extra mile to help you and just be nice she was all that and very friendly and very knowledgeable where items were in the store. We live about an hour away and it was definitely worth the trip I am so happy that my daughter had a good experience and Ashleigh is very experienced in Customer service I hope to find her there next time we go! Retail is a very difficult job, there are people out there that don’t understand how much work it is to make sure the store looks presentable & helping customers all day! Ashleigh went above & beyond for us today and I hope she gets recognition for her hard work & efforts! Thank you again:-)”

“Usually not a problem getting help its once you tell them I'm looking around then they go huddle and talk which is kinda nice instead of someone trying talk you into something you really don't want or need I've never really had a problem with the employees the female manager is quiet rude and will prob ignore you because shes to busy lacing shoes but she is stern and mostly not happy but kind of rude at times but she tells you what is gonna happen if I return the male manager is very friendly but stern just advice try the shoe before you leave any sign of wear even when you had them in store when you leave they will not take it back and corporate has to get involved but I buy thousands worth of shoes a year and it's getting better! I still have hope for my closest neighborhood kick store during this virus though they just should. E closed there useless atm cancelling orders that were 60% off and it was not one shoe and this one for my son... quiet annoyed .”
