You would assume if you had SOS showing up on your Mobile and went to a Verizon corporate store, the employees would know there was a Verizon service outage. This is the 2nd time have had the issue and 2nd time store employees had no clue. Verizon,, inform you staff of outages

I had a very positive experience with this store. Paola and a business manager (at that time) were both extremely helpful and resourceful with assisting me transitioning over to new phones including resolving any potential issues. Thanks to them I am enjoying my new Verizon phones.
