“Good service. Had electrical issues with my 2005 camry, called up and described the symptoms, they suspected a bad alternator. Brought it in next day, they took a look and it was indeed a bad alternator. Gave me an accurate cost estimate for a replacement ($530), did the work and picked it up same day. Car runs wonderfully now. There is a credit card fee, which is understandable. This is my first experience with them, and they seemed to live up to their reputation.”
“As I was about to go to work my car wouldn’t start so I contacted my insurance company. I’m on a busy block so there is always cars parked in front and in the back of me. I waited for the first tow truck he said he couldn’t do it because the car in front of me was to close. Then the next truck same thing then the next same thing. Eventually my insurance company told me another truck was on the way it was already 6 in the afternoon. I have been trying to get my car towed since 10am. Well Eli came on the flatbed put the truck in the certain angle. And I had to see how he was going to pull this off.
