“We were in a real bind. We needed a liftgate truck for the next day and called at 7pm the night prior. By 8:00 am the next morning we were on the road in a GREAT truck. Service at the pick up center was top notch. Really great!!!”
“Everything was excellent from start to finish. We rented a cargo van for a 6-hour in-town move between two self-storage units, and the total came to around $80, including the $30 insurance. Next time we’ll probably skip the insurance, but even with it, the van was well worth the money. The rental process was smooth, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we’d definitely rent from U-Haul again. Highly recommended!”

“Really cheap renting facility. You will get exactly what you need to get the job done. The vehicles are a bit old because of the abuse they've taken, but they'll get you "there" and back. They're trying to get their heads to the 21 century technology wise, but there still is a lot of improvement (online booking for once).”

“This U-Haul is based out of a 24h gas station. The great thing is you can thus pick up your vehicle any time. I rented a van and it was clean, gassed up, ready to go. Check in was easy via the app or the text link. The gas prices here are the same as any other place so super easy to fill up on return and not over/under pay. Not far from the Queens Plaza R train. I will use them again”
