Dropped off a package for FedEx today and I was able to immediately get it scanned by the store associate. Easy and quick. Received a text while at the counter from FedEx confirming the package drop off details. Whatever issues they might have had in the past have been clearly resolved and improved.

For whatever reason I wasn't able to deliver my package due to a printer error

Service was unavailable. Waited 20 minutes for an employee to be called to the counter and then they could not log into the FedEx account. They also mentioned that even when they are able to access, the labels do not print. Take your FedEx packages elsewhere!
