“I have going to Pc Richard’s for about 20 years. My salesperson Scott Gilbert has continually been very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to deal with. There are other places I can go, or buy online. As long is Scott is still there that’s the only place I will go. 5 stars to Pc Richards and 5 stars to scott . 2nd to none. Thanks Sean R. I just wanted to add that Scott Gilbert is a real good guy. He really helped me purchasing an air conditioner. He was more concerned about me getting what I needed rather than being money hungry. What a professional. Wish I could give 10 stars! Thanks Scott. Sean R.”

“Sam was AMAZING!!! Buying a mattress is so difficult but he made it really stress free for me and my girlfriend. Last time I bought a mattress from Mattress Firm, I ended up exchanging the mattress but got charged a huge additional restocking fee that wasn't expected so I was really nervous about buying a new mattress because I didn't want to have to return it. Sam assured us that if we don't like it, he will not charge us the restocking or return fee which really put my mind at ease. He wasn't pushy at all. He was friendly and listened to our needs and helped guide us to options that would work for us that were within our price range. He also included a free adjustable frame which was super generous and unexpected! Sam made our mattress shopping experience 100x better. He helped us feel confident about making a really big purchase. We love our new mattress and frame and would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a mattress go to the Ridgewood mattress firm and talk with Sam!”

“My experience today was AMAZING. Gained a loyal customer due to the well informative and amazing Sleep Expert Christian Valentin. Me and my girlfriend are moving the 1st of December in the next month so we were looking for a mattress that was just right for the both of us. He made it such a breeze and a no brainer. From explaining how important sleep actually was to explaining what the mattress is made of and all about adjustable bases. If it wasnt for him, we wouldnt have found the first perfect mattress. Mann this guy can sell water to a Fish. Amazing at what he does truly impressed. Made the time go by fast, with all the knowledgable information and wholesome hospitality. This guy deserves a raise man!!”
