“Had an excellent experience in regard to selection (wow!), price, and helpfulness. Juan was great to help me to find a beautiful new plant, and their pot selection was really good while he assisted with the soil and moss (optional) in the new pot. Juan explained the caretaking of the plant, and he was such a nice guy. Their succulents were beautiful also.”

“Honestly, the tool rental dept made a big mistake that made my very time-sensitive, big project near impossible, but I got ahold of manager Nicole, who was able to coordinate with another store to solve my issue, basically saving my life. Anyone anywhere can mess up, but how you see about fixing it is the real test of service and character. Nicole rocked.”
“I was there a couple days ago unfortunately I lost the receipt with the young man's name on it it was on a Saturday afternoon and my husband and I were looking for sliding mirror doors we went to a few different people and just pointed to the isle but left us still with the wrong isle it seems like alot of homedepots the workers just point and you hope it's the right isle most of the time it's the wrong one ..well the young man that we finally ran into helped us and had the best customers service in the store..he walked us over and took us to exactly what we were looking for ..we were very thankful to him cause we were I. The store for a good 20 mints until we finally found a employee who took customer service

“first i want to mention the sales person in the paint dept seegobni. not sure if spelled correctly. he was a god sendi get so confused when i go in there. not sure what is the best stuff i need in paint dept. seegobni came over and said can i help you, i said yes. i needed paint ad spackling and he helped me, rare you get someone who says can i help you, if home depot had a personal shopper. he would be the best person for it. lots of use who need help and he is the person for it. i hope when i go again he is there to help. thank you, seegobni, i just hope the store knows what an asset you are.next, i don't see where on their web site at this location ,there is a place to write a review. i don't see how others where able to sent one, and i am surprised that there is no contact us. at the bottom of the page, this is a great home dept store.”

“I've been stocking up on tools for my remodel and visiting Home Depots around Queens, Beverly and the big guy on PM's helped me get a special tool and her crew went the extra mile to 'Homer' it out of the store. They keep the store neat so props is in order to the crew at College Point. Helpful and cheery, they made my evening.”

“I have never been to this location before but it was near my job and I needed to make a quick run and I wasn't disappointed. I left the review on another Home Depot that's at another location and my opinion is the same that all of these stores are pretty much all similar. What makes a difference is just how more organized it may be or the employees and their customer service aspect. Some are just friendlier than others. This one was fine. No complaints.”

“I have used Flowers by Peter multiple times and they are fantastic! They’re excellent at communicating if they don’t have something and their delivery is prompt and on time. I much rather use a local company than a 1-800 company. Shopping at the local businesses is much better. Much better customer service and value for the dollar, as opposed to a customer service representative in the Philippines with the large factory companies.
