I somehow always encounter the same worker Nancy and she is extremely rude, unapproachable, and unforgiving. Always makes what’s supposed to be a simple transaction complicated. Respectfully, stop letting that lady work the window.

They overcharged me $60 to ship a hat that weighs about 7 ounce it’s ridiculous. They workers there are busy checking their phone and using nail polish.
