“I had the best experience today. I was helped by the manager (or Assistant Manager) from the beginning to the very end. She went above and beyond to help me. I let her know I had never really shipped for myself and I want even sure what was in trend or not or what looked good on me. She secured a fitting room for me and came to see me countless times with new items I might like, but also to give feedback on how the items I was trying on looked. She was incredibly patient, encouraging and kind, and honestly I’ll never forget it. I have to mention, the rest of the staff were also friendly. And this wasn’t the first time I’ve had such empowering help from the staff. I shopped there like 2.5 years ago and I remembering having a pleasant experience then too. I have to give that employee a gold star shoutout tho! I belive he her name was Jaylee? It’s probably not her name but thank you so much for your help today! It meant more to me than you know!!??”
