“Macy's is fine at this location. I always enjoy my visit. The employees are very nice and helpful never a problem with customer service. My concern with Macy's as a company is the fact that after years my daughter's Macy's card was canceled! She made a purchase today regardless and will reapply for the Macy's card. She was told she would get 20% off her purchase applying for a card. Her card was cancelled because she didn't use it for a while. So today naturally I freaked out even though I just received my new Macy's American Express card this week! It's good until 2027. The sale for bras was excellent so I bought two saving a bundle. $48 original price a bra for two bras that I purchased for $24.90 each. I really don't need anything else in the clothing or shoes or anything period. I guess I just don't want my credit card cancelled for lack of use. The bra felt comfortable and I'm sure it will last years. I bought my last bra at Macy's. My mother always said Macys is good quality and they have great sale prices. I'm still recommending.”

“I’m am so happy to give this review concerning Amber’s stellar customer service; you see, following a cap purchase in my hurry to get out of my car the cap fell out the bag and into some dark paint. I immediately became distraught but I had the clear of mind to call the store and at least mention this to them and see if they can offer a solution to clean or maybe even replace. The person who picked up the phone was Amber and she informed me to come back to the store she would do her best to help me - she did!I am grateful to her and she deserves this review and recognition….”

“Macy's Backstage Queens Place is one of many locations that are considered "backstage' this basically just means the prices are a little lower and this is where a lot of the items that are unsold at their regular stores turn up at a discounted price. You can find many different things here such as Women's clothing, men's clothing, kids' clothing and even some Trendy fashion, which is a loose term with this place. I only stopped here for a few moments but from the little time I was in here I did end up buying a few things because the prices were pretty nice and the clothing I saw, I had seen in the past but did not want to spend the price on it when it was at full price so I was happy I found it here at a discounted price! A lot of the racks and shelving was disheveled so it was a little difficult to find some stuff as I was looking but it didn't stop me. The staff was decently friendly but not enough that I would approach one willingly. Overall it is a nice location to stop into if you are looking for some discounted clothing or candles or many other things.”

“This review is long overdue. On Memorial Day, I was in dire need of a new mattress. I went to Raymour and Flanigan across the street. It was a horrible experience. The manager was very cocky, very arrogant, spoke to me very dismissively I believe because I am a woman. Though a sale was being advertised for the memorial holiday, there was no actual sale going on there. In short, the managers attitude sucked and I decided I won't spend my money here and I decided I'm going to just go across the street and check out Macys. I thought Macys will be very expensive however, my experience was very different. The sales person's name was Jon Sanchez. he was amazing and very helpful. He was very polite and not pushy while I tried out the beds like Goldilock. Not only did Jon help me get a great deal on my Stearns and foster mattress and adjustable base but also got me a $300 gift card which came with purchasing the mattress, which was absolutely wonderful. I spent several thousand dollars on this mattress but I truly love it. One of the best purchases I made. Thank you Jon, you are a great salesperson.”
