They reached out to me to bring my car in to have the work completed to my liking. They are communicative about repair progress, use OEM parts, and have relationships with rental companies to put you in a loaner on site. A special shout-out to Rowan for taking my case and overseeing the job all the way through.”
“Kaiser Body Shop was originally recommended to me by a Toyota salesperson a number of years ago. My latest business with them was in October 2024. I rarely write reviews, but this quality business deserves the highest of ratings. The employees from top to bottom are friendly, helpful, and flexible. They know how to deal with insurance companies and to "properly" restore your vehicle. My 2024 Corolla was returned to me looking better than it did out of the showroom. You probably won't get "next day restorations," because their services are in demand, but it is worth the wait!”

We loved that there was no pushy sales and he answered all of our questions .
