Apple was unable to assist me due to my plan type when I tried a few days ago and I was super disheartened.I’m so glad I decided to drop into AT&T while at the mall today. Everyone kept telling me to switch to Spectrum due to plan cost. “The store is excellent and the representatives are very knowledgeable except I really wish they would answer their main line. I wish to speak with two of the reps and never know if they're working. For one week I've tried to contact them and the phone just disconnects. I got a bad phone it's not crickets problem it's Motorola's. They are mass made production wise and sometimes it happens but I can never get there because I only want these two reps so I'm pretty unhappy about that”

“Best Service from ATT!!!! Never go anywhere else!!! Both G Shaun and Chris were assisting two customers at a time to ensure the most efficient service for all who were waiting. This location offers the best service, they took such good care of my sister and I without even a commission or any type of benefit.I was working on getting a line transferred for over two weeks. I could go on and on about the troubles I had with ATT, however this experience made it all OK. I cannot stress enough, if you are in the capital region in Upstate NY and you need to find a good location to visit. You really need to go to Glenmont store!!!! Amazing Service!!!!”
