“Grand Premier was awesome! I was in my new RV traveling from Cape Cod, MA to Colorado and I kept losing air from a rear tire. I saw now visible tire damage and the valve stem seemed fine. After visiting 3 shops, Grand Premier was willing to look at my rig. They found my new custom wheel failed (cracked) and they put on my spare tire - not an easy task. They wouldn’t take any money and send me on my way to finish my trip. OMG, these guys were life savers! Thank you! ?”

She understood and quickly suggested sending someone to pick it up and drop it off for me while I worked. Rocco came to pick up the vehicle right at 9:10. He was informative and explained the whole process. I had my jeep back before I was done with work. Rocco, the woman and that specific location went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much ! ?”

“Okay ive been stuck in albany/ Schenectady for about 3weeks an mannn this was a process UNTIL I GOT TO THIS MAVIS. Mind you ive went to previous shops while being up here an nobody could take out this 1 lug nut. But when I got here it was professional the moment I got in. Chris was who I spoke to an he got me into the shop asap on top of that he got the lug nut out within 10 minutes. Emmy also was helpful because all the shops prior could not take out the lug nut so this shop seemed really confident an that helped alot. West cool dude he changed my tire with no problem an I can't be more then happy. Im not from albany im from queens ny so im far from home but anytime I mean anytime I come up here ill be coming to this mavis everytime for my car. Again thanks you guys”

“Brought to DiLorenzos after trying to take a newly purchased MGB up the road to a different shop who has classic cars out front. Come to find out that after a day of no work and berating because I had the parts they needed and even offered to let them charge me again for them because they never use parts brought in by the customer, they couldnt do a simple break bleed and switch replacement even though their mechanic swears he has restored hundreds of them. I dropped off with Charlie on a tuesday afternoon, and by wednesday the breaks were bled, reverse light switch was replaced (the part was correct btw) and car passed inspection. Not only that, but they took time to explain possible pitfalls that they have seen with the MGB in gereral and what to look out for. Provided me with a voucher for emergency tow service as a new customer, and some eye candy with the classics they were working on in the back. Thanks guys appreciate your time and your professionalism. Love a well run family business.”
