“Found this store through google review. Then Came here with the hope of having my MacBook Air (2019) fixed from water damage. David did a quick assessment and then texted me the quote of repair cost. Once I confirmed, he repaired the MacBook on the same day. When I came for pickup, David spent almost 40 minutes with me to explain patiently how to fix some basic problems. It is like Apple Store's One on one tutoring, but at no extra cost to the customer. David is incredibly honest and generous and his price is very reasonable! This is definitely the store you should go if your MacBook fails to work. I highly recommend this place for fixing your Apple products.”

“Came in here a few months ago because my phone wasn't charging and I needed to get it fixed asap. Gave my phone the man who runs the shop, he told me that he would order a new charging port and it would be ready by the next day. Sure enough I called and it was ready at the time he said it would be (under 24hrs!). I have no complaints since he fixed my phone, and he was very diligent with his work which is always appreciated. Safe to say that if I have any other problems with electronics I know the place to go!”

“Abdo is an amazing technician. Super honest, relatable, communicative and helpful! I’m so glad I found his repair shop!I spilled some water on my Mac book pro and immediately the machine slowed to a halt. I called around a few Mac repair shops and his was the only one that offered to open up the machine, take out the batteries, so it could dry out - for free. And over the next few days, he worked many hours to get the data off of my machine and mirrored it on an old Mac I have. That Mac wasn’t even logging in correctly and he was able to revamp the machine so that I essentially had everything back in order in a couple of days.He also helped me find the right replacement on the Apple site. So my wife ended up taking 2 watches for battery replacement and repairing the minute hand.The repair and replacement only took 10 minutes. The watch repair guy was professional quality of service and honest up front pricing. Replaced 2 batteries and fixed the minute hand for all under $20.”

“Ben is the Manager. Sits right by the window. Knowledgeable, confident and goes extra mile. Before we bought the phone my wife (att at that point) had iPhone issues before jumping on a plane. She stopped by and Ben spent time fixing it with a three finger special restart swipe. Didn’t have time to change to Verizon.After about 6 months we stopped by given promotion from Verizon. He gave us red carpet service. Swapped out phones, put a glass cover and ended up making all of us very happy.Also, while we were there multiple neighborhood older folks were walking down the street, waving and just stopping by to say hi.Truly valued part of community and I was impressed that there were still these types of stores in existence.Thanks Ben!”
