“Great Experience for a first timer. I had a starter problem and I needed a tow. They told me 30 minutes and Bebo the driver got there in exactly 30 minutes. A couple of hours later they took my car straight to the Mechanic. I told them I needed it for work the next day before 12 and the car was ready by 11am. In less than 12 hours everything was done. Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”

“10/10 would recommend Metro Auto Body. They’re an absolutely amazing shop that is equipped to handle any level of body work. The paint match and level of professionalism in the repair is hard to capture in photos. My Porsche 911 was damaged since I street park it in Manhattan. All I had to do was coordinate pickup and drop off of my car and they did the rest. They handled the insurance and the repair end to end. They also stored my car inside for over a month since I was worried about my car rusting. I would trust Reed, Kevin, and Team with any of my cars.”
“I had a little fender-bender several months ago and picked this shop because it was convenient for me but I have to say every single person there was very friendly and professional, even the owner whom I spoke with because of a mix-up. He called me back with an answer over the weekend when the shop was closed. The customer service was outstanding! The repairs were completed when they said it would and the quality of work was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this place. Oh, and the place is very clean. Yes, I looked at all of that!”
“My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”
“Initially I was angry because it took forever to get it done, because It was a minor accident, but unknown to me there were more damage under the hood. When I went to pickup the car, I was so impressed with the work, both outside and under the hood. They know their stuff.
Few things to know:
1. They work directly with insurance, so if you know your insurance is not the best, look for another local mechanic.
2. It takes a while to fix the car, if you do not have that patience, look for another place... However, trust me you won't be disappointed at the end.
3. You get update through text message (not everyday), but if you give them a call for update, they will always answer your call.
4. They provide a web-link where you can see your repair estimate and track the progress... The 1st week estimate is not the final, keep that in mind... Most likely end of 2nd week you get exact estimate for the repair.
Highly recommend.”
