My car was towed to Juan’s shop, where they squeezed me in despite being very busy and got me back on the road in a few hours. They were very transparent about everything that was going on, educated me on my car, and provided a great job at a really fair price. “Hello, I would first like to start by sharing my experience with you viewersI first heard of this place from a friend who recommended me for their servicesI made the appointment and from that time I knew I made a good decision on choosing this place. As soon as I made the appointment they called me and made specific instructions before getting my procedure done.Upon entering they have you fill out some basic information about yourself and for insurance purposes, they then have you sit and wait patiently for a nurse to call your name.I waited about ten minutes as it wasn’t too many people there for someone to call my name and take my vitals and or other medical records. After they have you wait for a doctor and change into the proper attire for a procedure.The procedure I was having was either with or without anesthesia which I chose to be awake as I don’t really like the feeling afterwards. However they numb you in the areas needed so you feel little to no pain and some pressure. This was my first time getting a procedure like this done and as you can imagine I was so scared and my anxiety was through the roof, but they made me feel so comfortable. There was a nurse holding my hand and by side the whole time although I can’t remember her name I was so thankful for her because she literally saved me from having an anxiety attack. During I felt no pain at all and very comfortable throughout the 10 minute procedure.It was so fast I couldn’t believe when they said we’re done.After that they put you in the recovery room to assure that you are safe to go home and give you pain medication along with questions to make sure you’re ok. They then give you some snacks as you wait for a medical script for prescriptions and medicationsThey made sure to properly instruct me with specific details on each medication they were giving me and how to take them properly. They give you a follow up visit to make sure everything went well and finally send you on your way.I went to the follow up with ease knowing I was in good hands and was sure everything was done correctly which they confirmed was.My whole experience was by far the best I’ve had in a long time because of how compassionate they were and understanding of my needs.I would highly recommend to friends and or family if needed for their specific services they can provide.Overall I would like to thank each person who helped me through that difficult and scary time in my life and how I was able to overcome this moment in my life.I will never forget what they did for me and how I felt afterwards knowing I made the right decision for myself.I am greatly appreciated to the dedicated staff and specialists and forever grateful.Thank you”

“I have been going to Black Rock for years to service my cars. Let me first start off by saying I lived in Flushing and now Long Island, and I still bring my cars here. I am what you call a LOYAL customer. Everyone at this shop is professional, accommodating and more importantly HONEST. It’s hard to find a mechanic unfortunately these days that can provide all of that. They always repair my car with no issues (don’t have to bring it back), they don’t start the work unless they confirm with me first and my oil changes (always have oil). “A reasonable independent gas station and breakfast spot in Boro Park. Used to have outdated pumps but have since upgraded themselves with newer pumps. Their gas prices are usually reasonably priced.Inside they have a sandwich station where you can buy breakfast sandwiches as well as coffee and drinks. Also, they have a nice selection of snacks and cold drinks as well. Service is fast and friendly would recommend as a quick pit stop before heading out.”

“So I came to Lai's auto service in need of some serious work, and let me tell you they did not disappoint. I met Andrew the mechanic and he was very polite, honest and straight forward. He let me know of a lot of problems I didn't know I had and previously I was going to another shop but they were just taking my money. “The Dry Harbor Mobile Service and Gas Station. I've been coming to this garage for my last three vehicles. The manager is Joe is fair, friendly and easy to talk with. I've asked him to have his people to identify a couple of issues with them. The Service mechanics Ramon and Bobby are excellent at what they do a d are friendly , thorough. I have built a level of trust with this group. They are also a station that AAA towing is based out of the Gas Station service station. The three groups gas service and AAA All work great together. Will continue using the service provided gladly.”

Staff quickly diagnosed as a faulty caliper costing substantially less than I was expecting. They test drove it to make sure all was well and even adjusted air in all my tires without being asked. I assume he is the manager / owner since he was behind the counter. When i asked he said “is fine he will do it not to worried “ Thankfully he did.
