“Brendan and Rich were amazing customer service! Go see them at PC Richards in Riverhead for all your needs! The best in the business and thank them for all their help!”
“I took my Mother Mattress Shopping, which she hasn’t done in 20+ years. I was dreading this process knowing how overwhelming the experience can be, the expectation of what you want versus what you may need, and the fact that this is the first time my Mother is shopping for just herself, after the passing of my Father. While thinking this would be an emotional experience for us both, Joseph was compassionate and really able to focus on US, our intentions, wants, needs, and really guided us gently through it all from start to finish. We honestly had a lack of knowledge of what the mattress industry has built, since there is such a wide variety now. Joseph was kind, informative, and didn’t speak above us realizing that guidance was all we needed. While there are about 18 stores you can shop at in Riverhead (for a similar product) I am so glad that Mattress Warehouse was our first AND last stop. So, with the mattress Machine, some bed and pillow trials, and a few laughs, we were ecstatic to finalize everything in one visit. I’ll be back most likely this weekend to shop for myself! I can’t thank you all enough!”
“Professional and knowledgeable manager. Helped find solutions for us. Very patient and spent time with us. Was a satisfying experience. In regard to solving our issues, manager exceeded our expectations. We would recommend this store to those seeking a good sleep mattress.”
“Best Service ever 100% Recommend asking for Kieran went above and beyond masking everything so easy we bought a couch and a bed set from him couldn’t ask for anyone better”
