“I took my Mother Mattress Shopping, which she hasn’t done in 20+ years. I was dreading this process knowing how overwhelming the experience can be, the expectation of what you want versus what you may need, and the fact that this is the first time my Mother is shopping for just herself, after the passing of my Father. While thinking this would be an emotional experience for us both, Joseph was compassionate and really able to focus on US, our intentions, wants, needs, and really guided us gently through it all from start to finish. We honestly had a lack of knowledge of what the mattress industry has built, since there is such a wide variety now. Joseph was kind, informative, and didn’t speak above us realizing that guidance was all we needed. While there are about 18 stores you can shop at in Riverhead (for a similar product) I am so glad that Mattress Warehouse was our first AND last stop. So, with the mattress Machine, some bed and pillow trials, and a few laughs, we were ecstatic to finalize everything in one visit. I’ll be back most likely this weekend to shop for myself! I can’t thank you all enough!”

“I love the store but extremely disappointed. We purchased an outdoor table set for $1400 ish with delivery. Within a month and a half our table started cracking and I called the store who then told me that its outside the 30 days so I had to contact nautical directly. I reached out to them and when I said I purchased it from homesense and provided the reciept they said they can’t do anything because it’s a brand for home sense and they are supposed to take care of this.
My table didn’t even make it one season,
Update: I spoke to customer service and I have to applaud great customer service.
After sending in some pictures and speaking with someone they have offered a gift card in the amount of the total transaction including the cost was delivery.. we loved the table, and are sad that it didn’t last but I think it’s amazing that they gave us a gift card in the full amount.
I hope all customers when writing a disappointing review take the time to share when companies and even small businesses do things the correct way.
I’m not sure if I’d purchase another outside set with this same material, but can use the gift card towards other purchases. Amazing customer service, we will be back! Ty TJM and there brands!
the wood is extremely discolored, and even stored properly with extreme care I started taking my furniture out and noticed that the table is now bubbled, and that crack in the wood expanded that you can’t even use a chair. Save your money and buy your outdoor furniture from Costco. At least they would swap it out.”
“The store was clean, check out was great, and of course the selections are great, only negative was when I arrived home I discovered the cashier had bagged my eggs poorly and I didn't notice it during check out so when I arrived home I had 4 cracked eggs. Too far back to the store for a refund or replacement.”

As we lost access to one of our gift cards while trying to pay earlier today, the manager (Dave) stepped in to help; it was sorted out within 15 minutes and he reached back out in the evening to ensure we had everything needed.
