“I gave 5 stars for the staff. Cool under pressure. But you need more staff !! The store was packed. No where to sit. I left and came back about 4 or 5 times and still packed. I understand getting a cell phone is a lengthy process and they were going as fast as possible. But there was 3 people working and 7 or 8 people waiting. I saw a few people walk out. But in the end the manager that ended up helping me was still calm , friendly and very helpful.She took the time to find me a bunch of savings on my bill, She never made me feel rushed but the line of people waiting did. At times she was helping 3 or more people at the same time. You have an amazing staff at this location you just need more of them.”

“My wife and I came in on Friday September 25, 2026 and met with Eddie Golden. I had to get a new phone and he was fantastic. He was very friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about products and how everything works! My old Samsung was indeed old, and he took the time to transfer everything over for me, even though it took multiple steps and hooking up other equipment to get it to work. He advised me on usage, a new case, and a screen protector. He told us about the discount offers that were available and he made the whole process easy. Thank you Eddie for going above and beyond, it was very much appreciated! (Pete)”
“Bought an iPhone at Riverhead Target and was very pleased with the tech people who helped me! They were friendly and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me! On 11/21 I was helped by Karizzma and Jeff. On Friday 11/22/19 they further helped me with my new 11 pro and a couple of fit bit type watches and my iPad. Will also was helpful! I wanted to write a comment to the store/manager to compliment these tech people and Will suggested I fill out a card at customer service. They didn't have any comment card there and recommended that I go online to comment. This I tried to no avail! What a terrible, confusing website! Gave up after many tries to simply commend those young tech people on their knowledge and helpfulness! Hopefully someone in management will see this review and also get someone to fix the Target website so customers can more easily give compliments or suggest areas that need improving.”

“Still a great store. My go-to when my wife is in the other stores on this side. The employees are always very polite and very informative, several times I’ve asked for information and if they didn’t know they’d ask another associate or try to find the answer. I’ve gotten speakers, my Mac, games, headphones and more from this particular Best Buy. The one hour store pick up has also been very convenient at times. Also they saved me $200 from the last Mac purchase (which was the sales tax -_-).
