“My husband needed new sneakers, and New Balance was one of the brands recommended by our podiatrist. We were warmly greeted by Meghan, one of the sales reps. She asked what were were looking for in a sneaker, and we told her what our podiatrist suggested. Meghan showed us several models, and explained why some might be better meet my husband's needs than others. Meghan obviously knew her product, which is rare today in retail. She was also very patient, as my husband tried several models. We left the store feeling confident in our purchase, and know that we will ask for Meghan the next time we want to buy sneakers.”

“Found the perfect winter coat here at the right price, great length, hooded, insulated! They have coats for kids, men, women, varying lengths and styles. Many were on sale and the quality of material is excellent. I was looking for something long, zip up, plenty of pockets, insulated with a hood. I wanted black, but there were a variety of colors and I got it at a great price with a coupon to return and purchase another garment if needed. Would recommend if you're looking for a warm coat or sweatshirt that's great quality!”

“My wide and I went to the Riverhead Dicks looking for an in stock bicycle rack for her vehicle. Scott, the representative in the bicycle section, went above and beyond what most employees would do in helping guide us in the right direction for this purchase. He opened the box for the rack; showed us all the parts and even told us how to put in together. Ultimately the rack wasn’t what we were looking for but Scott’s kindness, respectfulness and generosity in helping us really stood out to us as being an amazingly nice gesture.”

“Had the pleasure to get scuba certified at Hampton dive center with some of the most helpful, kind, and fun people. Even though it is a long process to get certified it is worth it to do it here because they make it fun and are great teachers. Special shoutout to the whole team there especially Emma, Dave, and Paul who helped me during the whole process the most. You can ask for anyone there though and they will be more than willing to help. The whole team is awesome and this is the spot to go.”
