Everyone is always so warm and welcoming and genuinely cares, especially Yousef Abusbeih and Jim Milella with whom I had the pleasure of working with for my last visit. The environment is upbeat, positive, and the staff genuinely strives (and succeeds!!) to make customers happy and cared for! The waiting area is also very nice and very clean, which is a great plus! “Mavis is definitely my go to place when I have any issues with my vehicleThe management here is excellent. They answer all your questions. The workers do a great job on my vehicle every time Aaron, the manager on Lake and lyell ave that’s the place I go to The workers and management are always friendly and polite, and if the price is too high they try to work with you and give you as much as a discount as they can but they definitely make sure your car is safe when you leave them here whether or not it’s something that they can’t fix here but they tell you you need to get this fixed So your vehicle will be safe. They pretty much overall are able to do a lot of different things and work on your vehicle but overall they definitely always recommend if you need something else done or definitely make sure your vehicle is safe for you. I always get excellent service.”

“My car is Nissan Altima 2015. It had problems with ABS breaking system, Engine light on due to small Evaporate leak, cracking windshield glass, and broken fender patchs. They fixed the ABS problem replacing one of the ABS sensor that was already bad, now I feel safe when driving. They replaced and fixed the left rear wheel bearing and the hub. The used to be noise that I always heard and unstable steering wheel when driving now is gone. They changed the vent valve making the light engine off, now I fewl like the fuel efficiency increases.
I intentionally wait for a couple of days to write this feedback as I want to wait if the engine light will be back but I cannot deny the fact that I really enjoy driving my car now, they did fix it and they deserve this good feed back!!!!. For the Windshield glass and Fenders, I did not get it fixed yet because, the costs are still beyond my pocket as a student. Still, I love this as they gave me the price prediction before doing the work so I could make my decision as a customer.
Lastly, for a Student who does not have a steady job, I would not say the price is cheap but nor is it expensive though, it is fair and worth it. It is worthed rather than going to some other repairshops that scam you with cheap labour price but bad parts and you have to come back multiple times.

“Honorable mechanics—what I once thought was an oxymoron, has become truth in Dave and his partner. I had taken my Dodge Charger (that continued losing power while driving) to three (3) other mechanics, including two (2) dealerships, all of whom charged $250 for a 1hr diagnosis. $1k later, no one could figure it out nor did they wish to. Dave was kind, professional and honest. While the weeks rolled by that Dave had my car, he never wavered in his tone of politeness and professionalism in attempting to address the issue that he had never come across. My car had been out of commission for the majority of the summer and fall and Dave worked on my car’s mysterious symptoms between regular scheduled jobs he had in order to get me back on the road. Each week I called, he was honest in his report of what had been done and what continued to bewilder him. Nevertheless my car worked for that week, but it may be time for another and if my next car should have any trouble, I will be sure to bring it to D&B Auto as I appreciated the patience and care he gave myself and my vehicle.”
